I thought that a contour belt was one of those things that they used for manufacturing equipments. I’m sure everybody knows what I’m talking about. What I mean are those rubber thingies that go round and round with things getting carried along on top of them. So now I am not even sure what they’re called anymore as I am definitely stuck with the thought of calling it a contour belt. I will need to purchase one of those rubber belts to replace the old one that we have in our corn mill and I don’t quite know where to find them. I was trying to browse the internet to find out what they are called, but all I can find are these belts that make your abs contract every time you turn it on. I do find them pretty interesting though. As a miller I think I have kept my body in good shape, but there’s no law against getting an even better body so I might as well try this new gadget that I found.

My mom and I bought a pressure cooker about a week ago, it was currently on sale at the mall and we got so excited because we know it was a great deal already. When we got home we ended up laughing because neither of us knows how to use a pressure cooker and does not know pressure cooker recipes; I started researching about pressure cooker recipes online and find a couple of website that has tons of pressure cooker recipes. I was so glad that these websites offers free membership and I get to download their recipes for free. I am planning to start cooking by using a pressure cooker this coming weekend and I am pretty much excited about it. I have to ask my mom to help me buy some ingredients for the pressure cooker recipes that I have downloaded awhile ago. I also included beef stew on my lists because it is one of our family’s favourite dishes.

Watching a Favorite Show Again

We recently sat down to re-watch one of our favorite documentaries after running across a Fat Sick and Nearly Dead Review and remembering that we hadn’t seen it for a while. It’s one of those show that just inspires you every time you see it and reminds you to get back on track.

The story of Joe and Phil and their journey through losing weight and curing their disease never gets old. These guys are really motivating and fun to watch. You know that they’re only showing you the best parts, but that good because you want to let this movie inspire you to take better care of yourself not just entertain you for an hour and a half or give you a dramatic fix.

If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend that you sit down and give it a look. If you have any interest at all in improving you health you’ll be glad you did.
